Tennis Court Prep / Clean Up April 26 from 10:00 - 1:00
This year we are planning to have our tennis court prep / clean up on Saturday April 26th from 10-1 - Rain date would be Sunday April 27th 10-1. I will look to coordinate all needs this week but generally this includes clearing all the debris , scraping away moss build up, re setting screens etc As a Board we are asking for as many volunteers to help - last year we had a great turnout which made this process ALOT easier. Expectation is to prep the courts so out contractors can lay the lines, add new material hopefully in early May - if weather co-operates, Please email me if you are able to donate a few hours of time. Sat/Sun, May 3 & 4
- Saturday AM: Men play 12 game round robin on Saturday morning to determine semi finalists or finalists. Same as women, if numbers high, then play semis that PM.
- Saturday PM: Women play 8 (if number of entries is high) or 12 game (if fewer entries) round robin to determine finalists. If number of entries is high, then could play semi finals that afternoon.
- Sunday AM: Mixed round robin to determine either semi finalists or finalists. Adjust start time to make sure finals are played at 1 PM.
- Sunday PM: Mixed finals (and semi finals losers can play for 3rd place) at 1 PM. Women's and men's finals at 3 PM.
