Tennisbookings.com - the NEW online court reservation system as of April 2015

The website for the logon page is also posted on our website if you forget or lose the link to the page. (www.norwichracquetclub.org)

Once you have signed in you can update any account details once you log in to the site by clicking on 'My Profile'.

The new system operates the same way as the previous system. You will see a small box on the left side that you can click on for tennis or paddle and this will open the schedules on the right side.

In order to book a court time you will need to click on the appropriate time and court and then use the book button. This will bring up screen which will allow you to enter your name and others as needed to reserve the court time.

As with our previous system you will be able to book courts 7 days in advance and you will receive email notification of your booked times.

As of now all contract times for paddle have been entered thru the end of April. Tennis contracts will be entered in May once you have all received and returned contract sign ups.

Players get to see the court schedule visually, instead of having staff try to describe it to them over the phone (anyone remember the children's game of "Battleships"?!). Then, a simple ‘point-and-click’ and the booking is made.
Usable from I-Phones and most other 'smart-phones'.
Available 24/7 – no more having to fit in calls to the club during club hours.
Online viewing makes it so much easier to co-ordinate a convenient time with their playing partner(s) – no more playing ‘phone-tag’ with the club.
Automatic waiting lists will notify players by email if, due to a cancellation, a court becomes available for the date/time they wish to play.
Online sign-up for events with automatic waiting list notifications, etc.. Optionally, allows players to see when their friends have signed-up.
